The UB Post is the first and only independent English weekly newspaper in Mongolia. It is one of five newspapers published by Mongol News media group, the first private company in the media sector in the country.

The UB Post was first published in 1996. In 2009, it increased its frequency to twice a week. Currently, it is published three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The content of the UB Post includes current affairs, domestic and international news, features, politics, economic analysis, entertainment and opinion articles.

The UB Post has subscribers from over 30 countries around the world both electronically and by printed edition.

Currently, the UB POST is one of two English weeklies in Mongolia, the other being run by a Government press agency, Montsame.
